About the dates
- “Confirmed” means we checked the 2026 dates in an official announcement (the temple, the venue, or the city tourism site).
- “Expected” means nothing has been announced yet; the dates follow last year's. Each page shows what we based them on.
- Kyoto's winter programme of special openings (from January) is usually announced in December. We will add it then.
